7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

You are eligible to request a return only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags are intact

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • COD refunds are issued via bank transfer

  • Refunds are completed within 7–10 business days


Damaged Product Policy (IMPORTANT)

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must follow this process:

✅ Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must start before opening the package

  • The shipping label must be visible

  • The issue must be clearly shown in the video

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no refund or replacement will be provided under any circumstances.


No Refund / No Return Conditions

We do NOT provide refunds or returns if:

  • The product is damaged due to customer mishandling

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The product has been used

  • The issue is reported after 7 days

  • Minor color or design variations occur (normal manufacturing variation)

  • Damage occurs after delivery


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened:

  • Personal care products

  • Wellness, scalp, and facial care products

  • Massage and therapy products


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Refusal of COD orders after dispatch may result in account restriction
