📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.


🚚 Shipping Partner

All deliveries are fulfilled through Shiprocket, using its network of verified courier partners to ensure maximum reach and faster delivery across India.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote / Non-Serviceable Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume sale periods or festivals


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders (unless stated otherwise)

  • COD charges, if applicable, are clearly shown at checkout


💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes only, as supported by Shiprocket

  • Fitzonia reserves the right to limit or disable COD for customers with repeated refusals or high RTO history


📍 Address & Delivery Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Complete and accurate delivery address

  • Correct mobile number

  • Availability during delivery attempts

Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or customer unavailability may result in re-shipping charges.


📦 Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

In case you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • Missing items

  • Tampered shipment
